5 October – CFWI Autumn Meeting, Storyhouse, Chester. Speakers Dr Mark Williams DBA PLY OBE & Baroness Floella Benjamin

7 October – Lawrence Nasralla, Life on a Knife Edge. Competition: Your scariest moment in 50 words

21 October – VRG Autumn Meeting – Celebrating VRG’s 150th meeting will be Paula Bell as Mrs Victor Bruce, the flying housewife, Whitton Albion Football Club

22 October & 10 November – AI training workshop (via Zoom)

24 October – Murder Mystery Evening & dinner, Frodsham

4 November – Annual General Meeting & hot pot supper

19 November – Festive Fun Workshop, Byley – a morning or afternoon workshop making various crafts including sugar crafting

2 December – Christmas meal. Competition: homemade Xmas hat

1, 3 & 5 December – Open Day, Whitefriars
