During September 2024 the History Girls & the Hartford Hikers joined up on an outing to Liverpool Anglican Cathedral. The cathedral was celebrating its 100 year anniversary & to celebrate, in residence was an exhibition from the highly acclaimed Anish Kapoor. Apart from enjoying the exhibition, ladies also took the opportunity to climb the cathedral tower & were rewarded with fantastic views over Liverpool city centre. The day culminated in a visit to The Royal Philharmonic pub for lunch & a viewing of the famous ornate Victorian gentlemens toilets !!
